Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer è un brand composto da due giovani artiste americane. 

Jaclyn Mayer americana ha studiato fotografia e storia dell'arte, successivamente ha continuato la sua formazione presso il London college of fashion. Nel 2004 lancia la sua linea di gioielli "Jaclyn Mayer Jewelry" che riscuote un buon successo.

Orly Genger, anche lei americana, ha studiato arte in prestigiose scuole come la Brown University e The school of the art institute of Chicago, in seguito i suoi capolavori vennero esposti presso la galleria di Larissa Goldston a New York.

Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer is a brand founded by two young American artists.

Jaclyn Mayer studied art history and photography and after she continued her studies in London, at the Fashion College. In 2004 she launched her own line of jewelry called “Jaclyn Mayer Jewelry” which obtained a good success.

Orly Genger studied art in famous schools like the Brown University and The school of the art institute of Chicago. Afterwards her works were exhibited in the Larissa Goldston’s Gallery in New York.

Nasce la collaborazione tra queste due giovani artiste che riescono ad unire in maniera perfetta le loro passioni e stili, creando un brand innovativo utilizzando dei materiali e lavorazioni insolite per la così comune gioielleria.

Qui di seguito potete gustarvi alcune immagini dei gioielli della collezione ss12; l'uso di cordoncini (quelli usati per fare gli scooby-doo per intenderci), maglie in metallo, dalle più semplici alle più ricercate, come le linguette delle lattine. il Must sono le collane, bracciali ed orecchini in corda spalmati di smalto dalle tinte pastello a quelle più dure come il blu notte, rosso mattone ecc ecc ecc...

These two artists were able to put together their passions and styles, creating an innovative brand, from the unusual materials and processings, that are very different from those used in the common jewelry.
Here you can have a look to their SS 12 collection. They only use simple materials, like drawstrings and mesh metal, for example tubs of cans. The Must are necklaces, bracelets and earrings made by string colored with enamel from pastel colors to harder tints, like midnight blue and brick red.
